Birkenstock Germany Y2K vintage Pasadena teal leather shoes L9/M7/Euro 40

Vintage Birkenstock leather lace up shoes. Wide toe box. Lovely muted teal color ("grün"). Footbeds in excellent condition. Euro 40, ladies' 9, mens' 7. I got these at a higher end consignment shop and only wore them once. All of the writing on the footbed, including the Birkenstock logo, is fully legible. The leather is not perfect but the flaws are more of "small water spot" variety that is not very noticeable in this dark hue, and I don't see any notable scuffs. The leather is very soft, "matte" (nubuck), and looks great in this hue. I'm not an expert on Birkenstock eras but based on the writing in German on the sole, I'm guessing these are vintage and rare in this condition. EDIT: I found the box for this model, which is "Pasadena" model 405623/240 in color "green" (grün). I am sharing a modified box photo for informational purposes ONLY--this pair does not come with a box! I adore these but simply don't wear lace up shoes. They deserve to get out and about again!
