Bought this dress at Panache in Costa Mesa - Had it custom made and comes with all the extra fabric if you need alterations I added the sleeves and I took out a lining of fabric under so my legs were more visible (extra fabric included) For size it made me select one- typically I am between a 4/6 Height 5’1” Measurements of me: Waist - 27.4 inch Hips - 35 inch Booty - 36 inch Chest -27.6 inch Bicep - 9.4 inch Thigh - 21.5 inch
