ashleyadams369 @tinasuefromga kind of..you can see here on the site that they take the “waist band” and can basically make striped and a bunch of other things. I chose to wear it across my shoulder and then off the shoulder. https://www.birdygrey.com/products/grace-convertible-dress-dusty-rose

ashleyadams369 @ashleydai26 hmm what kind of measurements? Im a 34A and it fit me well enough where it didnt fall down on me..and I am normally an XS and the dress fit snug but not where I felt like I couldnt breathe.

ashleyadams369 @ashleydai26 im a size 0-2…it isnt tight though on the waist though fyi! Definitely more of a flowy dress. And I had it hemmed with 2 inch heels on! Ill post another photo right now to show it off more!
