Bird pattern mini dress

Super cute and unique navy pull on dress with tan bird pattern and 2 gold zipper front pockets, side seem slight ruching from the bottom hem, and a gold button on both shoulders. It is marked as a large but I am listening it as a small because it runs small. Elastic waist is 13" and up to about 18" when pulled flat. Skirt is approximately 17" from elastic waist.
