Billy J Sloan Midi Dress

Never worn but was tried on many time and steamed. I cut out the dress hanger ribbons. I noticed a few water marks (maybe from steaming?) and a small pull near the bottom hem. Not very noticeable but pricing lower than I usually would for a NWOT item for these flaws. Please note- AUSTRALIAN SIZING! Size 6 Aus but fits closer to an USA 0? Pls reference size chart
