Billie and Blossom navy sheath dress

Talk about your long, slim silhouette! I fell in LOVE with this dress and could only find it on a UK website, so I ordered it . . . not realizing that their sizes and USA sizes are NOT the same. It's a UK size 8, which makes it about a USA size 4, which means I've never been able to get my big toe in it and I never will. Insert sad face. But it could be a happy face for you . . . .
