Billabong soft t-shirt

Good used condition Mint colored t-shirt, very soft, semi-sheer Pocket on front Sized medium, but fits well on a small (mannequin is around a size 2-4 for reference) Strange stretched out area near collar - shown in the third image. Not sure where it came from, but it's not noticeable when wearing it
