Billabong high-rise elastic striped wide leg pants nwt

New without tags, just a marked down 'as is' tag. I don't see anything wrong with it, no stains or rips, probably just out of season. Very nice flowy looking pants, wide legs, hem area going the opposite direction in the fabric. White or off white, with light green stripes going down the leg. Wide elastic band with the stripes going the other way. Inseam is 31", across the waist is 12", size med, no stretch except for the waist. They look a little small to me, so please go by measurements. Viscose, lightweight and look like linen pants. Perfect spring and summer pants, could be dressed up, or wear a crop top and sandals for a nice beachy look.
