Billabong full mini skirt white/yellow, XS

This is a really cute billabong full mini skirt. The colors are white with yellowish/green print and purple billabong embrodiered on the front and billabong emblem. Has two front pockets. Women's size XS. See photos for details and measurements. There is a small discolored spot from a bleach drip up near the top waist band that is not really noticeable. (see last pic) Other than that it is in good condition.
