Billabong floral maxi dress

Beautiful summer dress by Billabong is cream with a red and blue floral pattern, adjustable spaghetti straps and elastic at waist and top back of dress. Size S. High-waist style. Like new. I cut the tags off, hand washed it, and never wore it. LOVE the dress, but don't like where the hem falls on my legs and don't have time to hem it. Laid flat, measures 13" pit to pit (but has elastic to stretch), 11" at elastic waist, and is 33.5" from waist to hem, so it's a bit short of full maxi.
