Billabong dress

Please note: I posted this as Medium even though the tag says large. Heres why: Im broad shouldered and this dress does not stretch. Its hard to get over my shoulders. Im a medium/large. This worked well for me before my BA implants but now I cant wear it. Measurements posted, little to no stretch.
