Billabong Vibrant Watercolor Striped Strapless Dress Sz Large

This dress is so vibrantly colored. It’s from surf brand Billabong, is size Large & is in excellent condition, I think I only wore it once. NOTE: it did have a belt but I no longer have it. The belt loops are still attached. You can easily add a white, beige or black thin belt of your own to it.
