Billabong Rayon Floral Pullover Blouse with Lace-up Open Back

This is a pretty lightweight blouse from Billabong. It’s done in a rust color with a blue floral design. The open back is the showpiece though, with an open crisis-cross tie design. The blouse has long sleeves with buttons on the cuffs, and a wide scoop neck. Size S, the chest is approx 17.5” across and the length is about 26”. It is sheer when held up to the light. Very good preowned condition.
