Billabong Linger Here Off-the-shoulder Maxi Floral Dress S

Beautiful lightweight floral maxi dress by Billabong. Features a full-length button closure and can be worn partially unbuttoned to create a slit. The material is this almost sheer cotton. The dress is lined till below the butt so it's not see-through. The neckline has elastic all around and the sleeves are meant to be worn off shoulder but you do you! The color is pastel yellow with floral mortif in various shades of pinks, reds and greens. Great used condition, nothing wrong that I can see. The material has no stretch other than the neckline so please see measurements.
