Billabong Cardigan Neutral Colored/Striped, Oversized Sweater Material-Size S

I am not sure what exactly it’s called, is why I said Shaw & Cardigan. It just kinda goes over a shirt & stays open & size is Small. It doesn’t tie, button or anything. Kinda reminds me of sweater material. Love the neural colors with the wide stripes. Very cute & would look good dressed up or dressed down & be more casual.
