Billabong teal colored dress or tunic top. Has charming pink flowers with purple leaves. I love the crisscross tie at the neck and the sleeves are easy to push up when desired. My legs are really long so I wore it as a tunic top as an alternative and it’s really fun on. Very beachy chic! Got a lot of compliments! Size extra small.
