Billabong 100% polyester cargo shorts feels like quick dry

Billabong soft 100% polyester cargo shorts. Looks like a quick dry pant. Regular side pockets at the waist on either side and cargo expandable pockets with a flap and Velcro closure on the outside lower sides and 2 Velcro closure pockets in the back. Waist is a generous 34” and the inseam is 10”.front button at top and zipper closure. Don’t think it’s ever been worn.
