🌸👗🚨🚨 This item does have damage at the bottom 3 inches (close to the hem). See pictures for details. I am willing to alter the dress, if you are willing to pay between $10-20 more to cover the supplies/time I spend altering it. Bundle and comment with details if you want it altered. 🚨🚨 This is a gorgeous dress from Bill Levkoff. Has a couple of loose threads.
