Bill Levkoff purple dress

This is a plum Bill Levkoff bridesmaids dress. The tag says it's a size 28. It has been altered to a size 20. The bridal shop assumed based on the measurements I gave them that a 28 was the right size. This dress was a long gown, but has also been altered to a knee length strapless dress.
