Bill Levkoff empire waist dress

This is a very special Bill Levkoff dress. It’s size tag says 10 but it was cut down to fit more like a 4. Bust was alerted to fit a 34c, natural waist of 27. The spaghetti straps have been permanently attached and crystals hand sewn to the front waist. Has boning in the bodice and is double lined. Exact measurements will be posted ASAP.
