Put on just once for event and cleaned. Size indication removed with paper tag, belonged to a woman size 2/4. Measures approximately 13,5" across the waist seam, 16" armpit to armpit measured flat in the back (more room in front due to pleated structure). Crisscross pleated panels in front, inverted pleats down the skirted part. Silk/chiffon feel fabric, lined. Maxi length, may sweep the floor. AA
