Bill Levkoff Black Velvet Bridesmaids Dress

Black stretch velvet A-line wrap dress. This dress is a size 2 and hemmed to fit a 5'4 person. It was worn only once and in near-new condition. There's a tiny slit that was put in to feed the tie for the wrap dress, but only noticeable on the inside.
