Bill Levkoff Black Scalloped Hem Beaded Dress Had this dress custom altered to make into a babydoll fit. Beautiful scalloped beading design at bottom. There is a section in the back that has some missing beads (shown in photos), but tied off the threads to insure it won't continue. Dress says size 10, had taken in to fit a size 2. Bust measure 15 inches across, empire waist 13 inches across, top to hem is 27 inches (29 inches with overlay.) 100% polyester.
