Bikini top only, black, size XL, cup size ~ B, NWOT

Top of swimming suit only. Never worn because it simply didn't fit! Black, with golden buckles and removable stripes. Padding inside the cup is quite big and not removable. I think it will fit B or even A. From outside it looks like size C or up... Tag inside says XL, measurements taken laying flat without any stratch - almost 33 inches around. Reasonable offers are welcome.
