jasonliz22 I am so sorry, I might need to cancel the sale. I had these mixed up with another pair. The length is 27”w no cuff. With a cuff rolled up, they are 26”. A true Capri. Sorry again. Please let me know what you prefer! I stand by honesty and had the sticky note mixed up when I listed them. I just came home from lunch and remeasured. I can ship later if you still want them!
