Vogue’s “The Best Celebrity Engagement Rings of All Time” Count Lady Gaga‘s heart shaped diamond as one of those on the list. While you may not be able to afford that lovely gem, this is totally fake but very cute version makes a nice fantasy dupe! I would say it’s probably a size 6 1/2 because it fits on my ring finger and that’s what size that is.
