Big Girls, Size 16 dressy dress. From Kohl’s. No tags/labels still attached. Polyester—> stretchy. Gathered at top of sleeves where it sits on the shoulders. Cloth zig zags down from shoulders & bundles to make a flower about the collar bone area on both sides. Elastic in back at the waist. Ruffled hem at the bottom. Falls below the knees. Black layer underneath so the dress isn’t see-thru (see pic). Couple shades of pink, black, and has silver detailing. Lots of detail went into the making.
