emeraldheart42 @belove247 Sorry about the late reply , in November I had to condense my two rooms of stock into one. I've been looking for where I'd put the hat and of course it was in the last place I looked...lol The hat has a 3-4" section of elastic in back. It measures approximately 19" around unstretched.
