pbs022228 @ohheyberni I sure can. Any garment that has a care label inside of it is made after 1971. that’s when the garment trade act required clothing companies to put tags inside their clothes to explain how to take care of them, what they are made of etc. So if you see a tag inside of a shirt or pants that has machine wash instructions or anything that looks modern such as this Levi’s premium clothing tag it is modern or made after 1971.

pbs022228 This is a line of Levi’s made to commemorate the original Big E Levi’s. There are modern Levi’s big Es and real original Levi’s Big Es. These are modern due to the care label. Also look at the zippers on jeans coats jackets etc. if a zipper has YKK on it. It’s fairly modern. If it says talon scoville ideal conmar conmatic stuff like that it’s vintage.

pbs022228 Obviously stuff made after 1971 is still vintage but that’s when Levi’s Started using using the lowercase E in Levi’s. After 1971. So if you see a pair of Levi’s with a big E and a care label it is almost always a reproduction a fake or a commemorative piece. Hope this helps.

pbs022228 These are real Levi’s made by the actual Levi’s company. But they are not vintage. They are still extremely nice jeans and are worth more than your common pair of Levi’s. I think your price range is close for these. Maybe a little high because the inseam is only 26” and not like 34”. But if they were real vintage Levi’s Big Es they would be worth more than $1000.
