Big Buddha large blue tote, satchel, purse! Big and roomy PVC bag Pre owned, barely used, good condition Has matching mini zippered cosmetic bag Beautiful blue exterior and silver interior Very spacious 10" tall, not including handles 17" across the top 9" across the bottom Has some darker blue spots only on 1 side (see photos), was like that when I got it. Not sure if it comes off, I've never tried. 2 tiny spots of wear on 1 handle (see photo) All handles are removable This bag is gorgeous!
