ekhouston Are these new or old sizing? Could I get flat waist and hip measurements? Thanks!

maiken66 @ekhouston I am not familiar with their old vs. new sizing. These are a 3X. The waist is 38” (but has elastic in the back and stretches.) The hips are about 52” and the fabric has little to no stretch. The length of the pants are 28”.
