Big Bubba Party Machine Hasbro 2002 New Rare

Rare vintage 2002 Big Bubba Bubble Party Machine. New, old stock, in box. Looks like there is a paint scuff chip on Bubba’s white hat. I can’t 100% guarantee the bubbles haven’t evaporated at all but it seems there is an expiration date on the cap and it looks to be 7/21 so I can assume it might be ok. Sold as is.
