Big, Bold St. Thomas Bib Necklace

NWOT, this is a very heavy but fashionable bib necklace by St. Thomas. Two rows of light blue rectangular and oval faceted glass crystals with silver tone metal findings. The silver tone chain also has leather cording. Inner measurement is approximately 17". First crystal row is approximately 9" Long, second row approximately 6 1/4". Approximately 2" Long at center. 3" extender with a lobster claw clasp closure. I tried to get the color and description as accurately as I could.
