Biba Womens’ Blouse, Size 12

Biba is a high-fashion brand in the U.K; I purchased this there about 6 years ago and have only worn it once. Please note that it says “size 16;” in the UK a 16 can be between a 12-14 in US sizes. I would size this at a 12 US.
