Bianca Nygard skirt

This skirt is beautiful. It is lined, embroidered, beaded, and decorated at the hem with tulle. One small pen mark shown in photo 4, not noticeable. If I had a job where I could wear this it would not be on here. Waist, 18", length,28" to tulle trim. B1
