where was it too small for you? is this cropped or not cropped?

@coleys hi, the measurements laid flat are
19” long, 14” across bust (armpit to armpit), and about 13.5” inches across waist front there is stretch to it, I would not really consider it cropped, there is a built in shelf bra. I think it would fit a misses 4 better than a misses 6
