debprisco I’ve been reporting one specific seller for months now and nothing is done. She’s sold so many fakes and the minute you comment she deletes the listing, blocks the person and reposts. She’s added some authentic bags I think to cover up she’s been selling fakes. Smh.

saucy_moonchild @debprisco It's very sad and I truly pity the buyers who don't know how to easily spot fake bags :\ unfortunately this is all you can do: make a listing and publically blast them since they refuse to be responsible sellers and just stop selling counterfeit bags. It's a very frustrating cycle as a posh moderator I do what I can. Just keep flagging and flagging unless a buyer can prove it's a fake post-sale idk if posh will really reinforce much..

debprisco @saucy_moonchild And Posh’s response is “report using the report button”. I told them I’ve done so for months and nothing gets done and then I hear nothing back. Btw the seller is luxury44less if you’d like to report as well. Her Coach “Charlie “ and “NASA tote” is fake as well as her shark totes which sold. I’m pretty sure her TB stuff is fake as well. And a her Burberry stuff.

cercatrova26 This is a very interesting conversation for me since I am new to posh. Maybe poshmark doesn’t care if things are “fake” as long as they keep getting their cut? Just curious. Also is it true that unauthentic items can not be sold on poshmark even if they are not listed as authentic? I understand that if it’s listed as authentic and it’s not then it can be returned. Don’t worry about them they got enough money. Also it’s a resale . The only one profiting off it is the seller. Some people would rather not spend a rent payment on a bag. The sellers are just trying to get rid of stuff they already have in their possession. pandorakitty @saucy_moonchild Hello. i would like to weigh in on this. It is illegal to sell counterfit item if you are passing it off as real & authentic Brand name. It is not illigeal to "buy" fakes & knock offs in the usa.. But if some one knowli gly sells a fake bag using the real bag Brandname then that IS against the law and the FBI will nab you n go down the chain....to all involved. Its on the .gov website on USA and its public info on web and google. Thank you.

People are going to low ball "fakes, dupes, knock offs" because most ppl cannot afford 1k plus for a hand bag as they trying to pay house, car, & put food on table. Most Americans make less.. No one is going to chase u & check ur pocket book tag n serial # to see if it real..Sellers trying to make $$ and Buyers trying to get a deal & save$$. saucy_moonchild @pandorakitty I misread your initial comments. and you're incorrect. it is illegal to produce sell or resell counterfeit goods. it's copyright infringement to recreate exact product. patent right logo etc. there's no way around it. and no posh moderators are unpaid.

I bought a Moncler Knock off and it’s made with goose down and lovely but it’s too big. You can’t buy a goose down coat for what I paid for the knock off. I paid $129, bought two of them and they are too big, would love to give someone the chance to have a warm coat
