Beverage Tray/1960's/Metal/State Souvenir(?)

Great piece! Metal beverage server from the '60's. My research shows many states did this tray, probably promoting local flowers and trees. Several designs. This is from Lake George, N.Y. Overall in great shape. No dents or heavy scratching. Very mild patina.
