So on august 31st my mother placed an order for these shoes for me as a gift which I just received today. These shoes are not what was in the package. The shoes in the package were some worn out Birkenstock sandals that looked they had been chewed on by a dog.

As I see the shoes does not state sold and maybe the other shoes she purchase was sold I can not ship what is not sold because once sold an shipping label is created could it be that it was a mistake o your end

Hi I check my sales of shoes of Birkenstock and the last time I sold some was July the 31 and that person got them and gave me an five sorry the shoes you are showing does not have sold by it...that mean they was not purchase I have sold on this site since 2017 I have always corrected my mistake if done thru Poshmark
