Betty Boop Inspired Embroidered Tshirt

IT isn't thin Tshirt material. The back doesn't have any designs on it. Length 27.5" Armpit to armpit 21" Width at bottom 21" Appears to be a 16/18. No size inside. I can post more measurements if necessary.
