Betty Boop Graphic T-shirt Small

Runs small. The tag says Medium but the sizing is more like an adult small. That is why I listed it that way. It is 100% cotton so I believe it shrunk already. Super cute and wish it fit. Just trying to get a portion of what I paid back. Nonsmoking and pet friendly home. Thanks for looking.
