Betsy & Adam one shoulder cocktail dress

I've gotten more compliments wearing this one dress than all of mine combined. Go figure! It's extremely flattering, and also has padding in the chest. While it says a size 4, it would fit better on a size 2 person. Worn only once, perfect condition.
