Betsy Adam, formal & elegant dark blue dress.-used

This lovely navy blue dress has sequins and beads that frame the chest and straps. Backless - with the exception of an X strap across the back and a drape design below. Fitted dress that hugs your curves, but does not feel tight. Down-to-the-knee. I will miss this dress.
