This beautiful, spaghetti strapped dress has only be worn once. It has a blue and black rhinestone studded, fixed waist band. It zips in the back and has an adjustable cord also. From top to the studded band is ~6”. From band to floor is ~46”. The top has boning in the front and back. It may need a few stitches in the back by the zipper. See picture.
