Betsy & Adam Navy Shimmer Full Length Halter Dress

I bought this at Dillards for a few galas and it was amazingly comfortable! it is a halter style with a built in bra so no need to worry about that! It is a lightweight fabric and travelled great in a carry on! It is very long (i am 5'9" and wore 3" silver heels) but elegant. A simple hairstyle and earrings is all that is needed. Elastic ruched waist allows you to move around, eat and dance in comfort!
