Betsy & Adam Black Cocktail Dress EUC

I have never worn this dress. I have tried it on several times, and never been satisfied with the fit. It’s more about my body than it is the dress which I hate to part with. It’s a size 16 and it is black though the pictures make it look lighter. A gold zipper runs down the back, and then another shorter one up from the bottom to create a slit. There is a tiny spot in back (pictured) where a seam is coming apart. I imagine I bought it that way, because I’ve never actually worn this.
