rare Betsey Johnson dress EUC. I've only had the opportunity to wear this dress 3 times. it sadly no longer fits. I'd be open to a trade for a size 8 if someone wants this one. it's been very well taken care of. dry cleaned after each of those times and wrapped in plastic.
