Betsey Johnson floral party dress

EUC knee-length dress (am 5'4 and it hits below my knees). No damage or stains. Worn once, it's a little large for a size 2. Super cute and elegant, the material is a silky polyester, but quite comfortable. Has slip/underskirt and a side zipper.
