Betsey Johnson backless halter dress / sundress

Super cute blue indigo dress from betsey Johnson. Ruffles along the bottom and smocking on the top, fastens behind the neck. There is a small stain as pictured in the last photo that doesn’t really show with how the dress falls. It’s super soft and summery, flouncy and flowy.
