@katrinagramz yes they are stretchy, like workout pants. I can measure but I’m not home for a week. I will measure when l get back!

@katrinagramz Hi there! Unstretched the waist is about 13” across. It’s hard to say how much they’ll stretch, it’s a thin stretchy cotton-feel blend, several inches. I feel like they’re on the small side of medium.
